A privately held investment entity with three decades of interests spanning food processing, cosmetics, aviation and pharmaceutical development across Southern Africa.
Harvest Consolidated Investments was established in Zimbabwe in 1996, where its founder, Michael Willmore, held interests in fruit juice processing, breakfast cereal manufacture and property development.
The primary investment, Harvest Foods (Private) Limited, was recognised as Zimbabwe's largest processor of fruit juices and macadamia breakfast cereals. An important function of the company was the processing of fruit juices for major airlines, including British Airways and Qantas. Harvest Foods was also the only Zimbabwean cereal manufacturer and exporter to be awarded listings with South Africa's national retailers, including Pick n Pay, Shoprite Checkers and Spar.
In 2005, the HCI portfolio was expanded in South Africa to include cosmetic manufacture and macadamia nut butter processing. In recent years, the focus of HCI has turned almost exclusively to the development of a pharmaceutical product for export to the USA. Details of this investment will remain undisclosed until the patenting arrangements are finalised.

Harvest Foods (Private) Limited was established in 1994 to process fruit juices for the domestic, export and airline markets, and produced macadamia cereal for export.
Macadamia Crisp is a premium quality export cereal now being relaunched using modified atmosphere packaging. This technology preserves the freshness of the macadamia nuts, wheat, oats and honey, providing a perfectly stable shelf life of six months.
The product contains no preservatives, artificial flavours, essences or sugar.
